Yeah. The struggle is real. And it can be damn hard.
As an expecting or new mom, so many challenges come up. There’s no timeline for these things; these feelings can pop-up at any time in your perinatal journey from early pregnancy to a year after giving birth…or even after the first year of giving birth!
And for some bizarre reason, ‘society’ often makes us feel ashamed of the negative emotions we can feel towards motherhood.
I’ll tell you a secret. You’re not alone in this.

Booking your first session with a therapist is f*cking nerve-wracking. Like, “Am I really about to share how hard this has been, and the thoughts going through my head to a total stranger?”.
I get it.
I have been there, in my own post-partum journey, within my first year after giving birth. And it was HARD.
And I know it feels powerless and hopeless to imagine that feeling - lift.
I finally was able to feel the lift and got relief, so I know that the relief is possible. What you are going through is valid and I am here to be on the journey with you so you are able to get relief as well.
AND I also know that when session one is over, we’ve gotten to know each other, and you feel LIGHTER than you have in MONTHS…you’re going to be thanking yourself.
