  • "Sammy has always been open, honest, and non judging when I’m in therapy with her, but also knows how to end the session with a laugh. I appreciate her pushing me to work on things I was hesitant about, knowing it will help and it’s the right time, but also at my pace."

Life’s been dialing up the chaos lately, huh?

Therapy can feel like a big leap—even from the comfort of your couch (shoutout to virtual therapy for that luxury).

And hey, I get it—you might be thinking, Will I vibe with this therapist? What if it’s awkward, full of weird pauses, or I come off as too much?  (Spoiler: never that!)

The way I see it? By session one, we’ll likely hit it off with chats that feel like heart-to-hearts—some real talk and giggles carrying us through the tough stuff.

With a personalized plan mixed up just for you—whether it’s life-changing EMDR or results-driven strategies—before you know it, you’re pumped to log into next week’s session.

And those ALL consuming anxious thoughts? Finally dialed down.

Therapy’s badass like that.

A peek into our session looks like …

A space where you can be fully you. Whether you want to dive into that trauma hitting like a freight train mid-coffee order or the coping mechanism that went from fun to out of control—you’re safe here, no judgment.

I’ve walked my own path through anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, and addiction’s ripple effects, tackling obstacles others thought I couldn’t—so yeah, I get it.

We’ll laugh (a lot), but make no mistake—real work happens here. This isn’t just feel-good pep talks; it’s lasting transformations

Healing doesn’t have to be all serious vibes, though. Whether it’s cheering on your strengths, a tear-filled vent session, or laughing ‘til you cry over a semi-traumatic-but-funny childhood story, we’ll do what works for you.

I work best with: highly driven folks ready to put in the work—without taking life too seriously. If you’re up for some laughs while breaking out of your shell and taking charge of your life, we’ll get along just fine.
